What You Should Expect From Our
Personal Training Programmes

  • Bespoke training plan to suit your goals, physical abilities/experience & work/lifestyle commitments, with tracked progress, scheduled rest/de-load weeks & programme adjustments.

  • Nutrition advice or Full Nutritional Coaching (dependant on your package choice) from an MNU Certified Nutritionist.

  • 1-2-1 Personal Training Sessions with Steve, currently carried out at Pure Gym in Folkestone. Each session typically lasts 1 hour, and there is a minimum commitment of 1 session per week for 12 weeks.

  • Mind Muscle Clinic App. This is where all of your training & nutrition programmes are kept & tracked, where your check-ins will be submitted along with your daily habits log. The App also includes an ever growing library of exercise instructional videos, training & nutrition educational videos, recipe books & more.

  • WhatsApp support 7 days a week

  • Personal Training Log Book, Gym Towel & Mind Muscle Clinic Gym T-Shirt

Meet your Training & Nutrition Coach

Steve Brenner

I have been working in the Health & Fitness industry now for at least 7 years. In that time I have developed expert knowledge specifically in the areas of Fat Loss & Muscle Building, predominantly as these have been key focuses of my own training & nutrition, having formerly been very obese & weighing in at 24st at my heaviest.

In my career I have helped 100's of people completely change their physiques & improved health markers, which have lead them to leading more fulfilling lives with better prospects for their career & personal relationships, because I have been able to provide the tools to help them become more confident & focused.
